The selection of materials requires careful choice and a strong feature in our application solutions.
Our range includes pumps manufactured from metals which are fused, die-cast, or hot pressed; we also produce pumps from cold worked laminated stainless steels, composite materials with inserts, friction-welded components and specialist plastics - injection stamped.
For some models we even have a composites specially manufactured from five different materials, each of which, thanks to its characteristics, contributes to improving the quality of the finished product: resistance to internal and external forces; reduction in frictional losses; resistance to wear and corrosion; reduction in volume, weight, noise and environmental impact.
In the case of pumps for swimming pools and spa baths, which are made of plastic materials, for example our MPC series compact pool pump and SPA series compact pump, we have decided to manufacture some of the key components in stainless steel, resulting in maximum resistance to wear and heat, increasing in the ability to self-priming with a subsequent reduction in installation costs.
In our MX series, multistage pumps, we have chosen to utilise only stainless steel for the components in contact with the liquid, thus obtaining a considerable increase in performance with reductions in pump size and increased resistance to wear and corrosion
