The range is now complete thanks to the specific characteristics of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.calpeda.com\/products\/mxv-b\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MXV-B series<\/a>, which has been added to the new generation of vertical stainless steel pumps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MXV-B pumps are cheaper than MXV pumps because close coupled. This does not mean, however, that product quality and performance are lesser than those of other vertical multi-stage pumps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These characteristics, which are also <strong>the strong points of MXV-B<\/strong>, make it the ideal solution for different situations. In general, it can be said that an <strong>optimal quality-price ratio<\/strong> and a<strong>dvantages during installatio<\/strong>n are the objectives that guided the development of this product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s discover the qualities of the new MXV-B pumps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 They are vertical multi-stage stainless steel pumps with s<strong>uction and delivery connections on the same axis (in-line).<\/strong> This means that the pump is less inclined to wear because it can absorb the force of the piping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The new MXV-B pumps have the same s<strong>tainless steel jacke<\/strong>t as the MXV pumps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The pump base has been treated with <strong>cathodic electrodeposition<\/strong> to make it more resistant to corrosion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>All the hydraulic parts in contact with the liquid <\/strong>are made of cold rolled <strong>stainless steel<\/strong>; as such, this pump is particularly versatile and corrosion resistant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Being multi-stage, the MXV-B\u00a0 pump guarantees<strong> optimal head<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 The maximum pressure permitted by the pump casing is 1<strong>6 bar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Even though the <strong>mechanical s<\/strong>eal cannot be removed, is the same as the one used with the MXV series pumps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The new MXV-B pumps are<strong> extremely compact<\/strong>, a great advantage when installing. They are lower than the MXV pumps, and can also be connected to the piping more quickly thanks to the <strong>flange connectio<\/strong>n. A counter flange kit is supplied with the pump in the event of threaded piping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The MXV-B series is equipped with a Calpeda motor, in line with <strong>energy efficiency standards<\/strong>.
