The passing of the new regulations L 622\/2012, concerning energy saving in the designing of circulating pumps, has brought about a drastic change in the manufacturing technology of circulating pumps.<\/p>\n
For Calpeda the new regulations presented an opportunity to introduce a new series of high energy saving products that cover all the applications and requirements of the market. The products can be divided into three groups according to the various maximum absorbed powers.<\/p>\n

Low energy consumption circulating pumps with absorbed power up to 75W<\/b><\/p>\n
Both the NCE-EI and the NCE-P fall into this power range.<\/p>\n
The NCE-EI circulating pumps cover operating heads from 2 m to 6 m permitting just one pump to substitute the whole range of traditional circulating pumps, the ease of installation is ensured via a fast plug power connection, whilst the selector and the function indicator make control simple and intuitive.<\/p>\n
The NCE-P circulating pump is near to the NCE-EI, it is available with maximum head pressure of 4, 6 and 8 metres and is characterized by the possibility to choose between six different operating curves (three at fixed speeds and three at proportional pressure). Also in this case the selector and led function indicator make control simple and intuitive.<\/p>\n

Energy saving circulating pumps with absorbed power up to 180W<\/b><\/p>\n
In this range Calpeda introduces the new NCE-H and NCE-H.F circulating pumps. These pumps allow coverage for an operating maximum pressure range between 4 and 12 metres with flow rate up to 12 m3\/h, the availability of\u00a0 threaded ports (NCE-H) and flanged ports (NCE-H.F) ensure great flexibility in installation; the fast plug, moreover makes connecting to the power supply line simple and safe.<\/p>\n

Energy saving circulating pumps with absorbed power up to 1600W<\/b><\/p>\n
In this range Calpeda introduces the new NCE-G.F and NCED-G.F circulating pumps. These circulating pumps allow coverage for an operating maximum pressure range up to 12 metres and flow rate up to 75 m3\/h.<\/p>\n
The possibility to connect the circulating pumps with flanges either PN6 or PN10 and the stainless steel impeller ensure greater flexibility for application and a highly reliable product.<\/p>\n

The NCE-H, NCE-H.F and NCE-G.F circulating pumps have a new control panel, on-board, the unit permits setting and managing the pump without needing additional programming devices. On the control panel it is possibile to visualize the preferred function mode and main electrical and hydraulic parameters of the pumps. The three programme buttons permit choosing the operating mode and programming all the operating parameters.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
