{"id":29672,"date":"2023-12-14T13:29:26","date_gmt":"2023-12-14T13:29:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.calpeda.com\/2023\/12\/14\/technologie-a-haut-debit\/"},"modified":"2023-12-14T13:29:26","modified_gmt":"2023-12-14T13:29:26","slug":"technologie-a-haut-debit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.calpeda.com\/tn\/2023\/12\/14\/technologie-a-haut-debit\/","title":{"rendered":"Technologie \u00e0 haut d\u00e9bit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si la qualit\u00e9 de construction et la performance sont les caract\u00e9ristiques que nous recherchons dans tous nos produits, \u00eatre capable de r\u00e9pondre efficacement et ponctuellement aux diff\u00e9rents besoins du march\u00e9 est plut\u00f4t l&#8217;objectif qui nous guide dans le d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les extensions de gamme les plus r\u00e9centes montrent \u00e0 quel point Calpeda se concentre fortement sur les applications n\u00e9cessitant des pompes capables de traiter de grands volumes d&#8217;eau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La conception et la construction de <\/span><b>pompes \u00e0 haut d\u00e9bit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> permettent de r\u00e9pondre aux demandes des secteurs o\u00f9 il existe de grands syst\u00e8mes, qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agisse de l&#8217;agriculture et donc des syst\u00e8mes d&#8217;irrigation les plus modernes, ou des syst\u00e8mes de chauffage ou de refroidissement industriels.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De plus, en \u00e9largissant la gamme de ses propositions avec des gammes de produits allant des d\u00e9bits les plus faibles aux plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s, Calpeda est un partenaire fiable et polyvalent, m\u00eame lorsqu&#8217;il s&#8217;agit de participer \u00e0 de grandes commandes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La conception structurelle FEM et les simulations CFD de la dynamique des fluides apportent une contribution importante \u00e0 l&#8217;ing\u00e9nierie des nouvelles pompes, r\u00e9duisant ainsi le temps de d\u00e9veloppement et les phases de construction. En ce qui concerne la phase d&#8217;industrialisation, il est essentiel de pouvoir compter sur un savoir-faire et des centres d&#8217;usinage \u00e0 la pointe de la technologie. En effet, ce type de pompe n\u00e9cessite \u00e0 la fois la capacit\u00e9 de produire des composants de grande taille et des comp\u00e9tences d&#8217;assemblage consid\u00e9rables qui garantissent une pr\u00e9cision maximale \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La premi\u00e8re extension de la gamme sur laquelle nous voulons nous concentrer concerne les <\/span><b>pompes centrifuges monobloc NMS4 150\/400 avec couplage direct pompe-moteur, les pompes centrifuges \u00e0 arbre nu N4 150-400 et N4 200-400<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0 D&#8217;une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, l&#8217;extension a port\u00e9 sur l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration de l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 et l&#8217;augmentation de la puissance maximale, ce qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 un \u00e9largissement de la plage de fonctionnement. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, dans le cas des <\/span><b>NMS4 150\/400<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et des <\/span><b>N4 150-400<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un <\/span><b>repowering<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> qui a permis d&#8217;augmenter <\/span><b>la puissance maximale de 75 \u00e0 90 kW<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Aujourd&#8217;hui, ces pompes atteignent non seulement un <\/span><b>d\u00e9bit de 660 m3\/h<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, mais l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration de l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 signifie que l&#8217;augmentation de la puissance n&#8217;a pas affect\u00e9 l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 et le respect des objectifs r\u00e9glementaires.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avec la <\/span><b>N4 200-400<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, en revanche, la gamme s&#8217;est enrichie d&#8217;un mod\u00e8le de pompe qui n&#8217;existait pas auparavant, capable d&#8217;atteindre <\/span><b>132 kW de puissance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et <\/span><b>un d\u00e9bit de 900 m3\/h<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. La nouvelle pompe peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre install\u00e9e sur de grands tuyaux d&#8217;entr\u00e9e DN 250 et de sortie DN 200.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ici aussi, la performance a \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenue en pr\u00eatant attention aux exigences en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Enfin, outre l&#8217;obtention de rendements \u00e9lev\u00e9s et l&#8217;augmentation des plages de fonctionnement, il convient de rappeler que le travail de recherche continu sur le d\u00e9veloppement des pompes centrifuges concerne \u00e9galement une conception m\u00e9canique capable de r\u00e9pondre aux <\/span><b>exigences de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 des pressions nominales de 16 bars.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#8217;extension de la gamme vers des d\u00e9bits importants concerne \u00e9galement les pompes de circulation de la s\u00e9rie NR.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En avant-premi\u00e8re d&#8217;un projet plus vaste de renforcement de la gamme, qui est pr\u00e9vu pour les mois \u00e0 venir, la <\/span><b>pompe NR 80\/125<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> est d\u00e9j\u00e0 disponible. Ce nouveau produit atteint un <\/span><b>d\u00e9bit de 120 m3\/h<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, soit pr\u00e8s du double de la s\u00e9rie actuelle, et peut donc \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans des syst\u00e8mes de circulation \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle avec des tuyaux DN 80. La pompe dispose \u00e9galement d&#8217;un variateur de vitesse install\u00e9 directement sur le moteur : une solution <\/span><b>\u00ab\u00a0tout-en-un \u00bb<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> qui rend l&#8217;installation compacte et performante.
