The new NR-NR4 40/160 and NR-NR4 40/200 machines are available in the NR range of pumps; these new machines complete the family of pumps in the NR-NR4 line that have DN40 diameter ports.

The NR-NR4 40/160 and 40/200 pumps have the following characteristics:

  • Compactness: the pumps have a compact construction that allows the product to be installed even in reduced space.
  • Protection net: an innovative (patented) protection net that prevents the rotating pump parts coming into contact with, and so safeguarding the safety of the operator, while at the same time ensuring the easy inspection of the mechanical shaft seal.
  • Air release valve: the pump is supplied with an air release valve that allows the releasing of the air present in the mechanical seal safeguarding the reliability of the mechanical seal and consequently the pump itself.
  • Vanguard fluid dynamics: the careful fluid dynamics study carried out also with the use of numeric simulation tools (CFD) has meant optimizing the relationship between the pump and pump casing minimizing hydraulic loss and therefore increasing efficiency while at the same time developing the hydraulics to reduce acoustic disturbance and ensuring silent functioning.

The NR 40/160 pumps are available with head pressure up to 33 metres and flow rate up to 24 m3/h while the NR4 40/160 pumps are available with head pressure up to 9 metres and  flow rate up to 15 m3/h.

The NR 40/200 pumps are available with head pressure up to 50 metres and flow rate up to 21 m3/h while the NR4 40/200 pumps are available with head pressure up to 14 metres and flow rate up to 15 m3/h.

The NR-NR4 range covers head pressure up to 87 metres and flow rate up to 110 m3/h.
