A delegation of some 30 UK Calpeda staff and distributors recently visited Calpeda factories for a few days. There were two groups each accompanied by our head of exports, Francesco Majolo who together visited our HQ in Montorso along with Calpeda Group companies, the Zardo Foundry, Mettifogo Pompe and Blu Bleu.
The purpose of the trip was to allow the group members to see first-hand our manufacturing operations, and in particular witness our attention to product quality, manufacturing accuracy and the company’s extensive test, research and development facilities. The mechanical workshop division, and in particular the main production centre in Montorso left everyone amazed. They could touch with their hands Calpeda’s production reality, see with their own eyes the attention that is paid to each phase of product manufacturing, taking away a in-depth knowledge vital to the further success of their own business’s and markets.
