Calpeda has just recently concluded its programme for innovative technology supported by the Region “ Veneto, a Region for Europe”.
The project presented by Calpeda has demonstrated to have all the necessary prerequisites required to access the financing that partially covers its expenses.
Investment on research, in both financial terms and in human resources, has always been a constant in the company.
In the same way, also the objective of the programme, is to increase regional competitiveness and employment, which totally corresponds to the way Calpeda has operated for more than 50 years, creating business in the territory and representing itself as one of the best.
More specifically, the project awarded by the Region is for a motor with high efficiency on energy. The research, carried out in collaboration with the University of Padua, concerned the study of innovative geometry for a motor that allows for improving output without increasing costs.
The target has been reached and now this innovative technology is ready to be applied to the various electric motors.
