Innovation in the winding department

The push for innovation, that in recent times has brought new production facilities into more than one department, has also involved the motor windings department.

The need to increase the productivity of high-series motors (M63 M71 M80) has led to the creation of a robotized island for assembling, turning and connecting motor boxes. An operator is responsible for managing the loading-unloading, overseeing the transfer process and the control phases, while another two operators take care of the electrical connection of the motors in the pallet line.

Thanks to this system productivity and quality have been increased and at the same time the operators have been relieved of some rapid pace stages of processing and manipulation.
